End of an Era

So the time has come where my university career at Nottingham Trent has come to an end, after three long years filled with ups and downs, where I've made some amazing memories and some of the best friends. It's time to say goodbye to the life as a free uni student and welcome in the world of adulthood.

Time flies by in the blink of an eye has never really taken affect until I look back and realise how fast my uni career has gone, and it's time to move on. I still remember the day of moving to Nottingham as a fresh faced first year, ready to embrace all things uni had to offer, including the hangovers, the exam stress and living in halls with complete strangers.

Moving to Nottingham was one of the best decisions that I have ever made leading me to delve into my favourite subject and be one of the most stressful and successful aspects I've ever dealt with. On top of the academic side, it also lead me to meet some of the best friends I've ever had, where I had some of the best times I can remember.

The Joys of Freshers

Those three years flew by and with my graduation fast approaching, (anyone else fear tripping on the stage?) I thought the time would be right to take a nostalgic trip down memory lane, and reminisce on all the good times and the bad, and just be happy that I've made it through.

I can't even begin to count how many good memories I've had in Nottingham, laughing so hard that I cry, the nights out, the dinners and the parties. And though there have been bad times, there's nothing that I would possibly change.

When you've got the best people at your side, the bad memories don't even matter and I can look back at my time at Nottingham Trent University as a way to help me grow as a person to get me to where I want to be.

Ecstatic that I received a 2:1 in my dissertation

Though I'm sad that my university journey as come to an end, I am excited and eagerly waiting for the next chapter to begin...watch this space.
